Hi! My name is Carolina I am a self taught nail technician. I started this journey to create a platform where I can express creativity and also aid people in feeling their best.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments cancelled after 24 hour window has expired or no shows will be subjected to 60% of the booked service charge, this includes the deposit. Appointments cancelled 24hrs before the appointment time may be rescheduled ONCE with the corresponding deposit. After this time period a new deposit must be made for the following scheduled appointment. There’s a 15 minute grace period for every service scheduled, if you cannot make it within that time frame your appointment will be cancelled.
